Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rise Chiropractic, we aim to provide clear, respectful, and flexible care. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, refunds, and prepaid packages so you know exactly where you stand - no stress, no surprises.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full appointment fee.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will also incur the full charge.

This policy helps us offer appointments to others who may be waiting for care.

Prepaid Packages 

Our prepaid packages are designed for flexibility and ease. They are a service agreement, not a locked-in contract — meaning:

  • If you begin care and need to stop for any reason, we will refund any unused credit on your account.

  • You are also welcome to transfer unused sessions to a family member or friend if you choose.

We believe in empowerment and choice. There is no obligation to continue care beyond what feels right for you.

Note: Any unused credit left inactive for 6 months from the date of your last appointment will be considered void unless prior arrangements have been made.
