Welcome to Rise Chiropractic. By accessing our website, booking a service, or attending an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Information

Rise Chiropractic provides chiropractic care for individuals and families, with a focus on pregnancy, postnatal, and paediatric support. All advice and treatment is carried out by qualified and registered professionals, in accordance with UK chiropractic regulations.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person.

  • You will receive a confirmation and reminder via your chosen contact method.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment to receive the full benefit of your session.

​

3. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full appointment fee.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will also incur the full fee.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless prepaid.

  • We accept card payments, cash, and approved prepaid packages.

  • Prepaid packages are considered a service agreement, not a binding contract. You may request a refund of unused sessions, unless the credit has remained unused for over 6 months, in which case it is considered void.

5. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are issued for late cancellations or missed appointments.

  • Prepaid packages are refundable for unused sessions within 6 months of last use, or may be transferred to a family member or friend.

6. Health & Consent

  • Chiropractic care involves manual techniques. We will always explain treatment options and gain informed consent before proceeding.

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate, up-to-date health information.

  • If you are unsure whether chiropractic care is suitable for your condition, please consult with us or your GP.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal and health information is stored securely and handled in accordance with UK GDPR.

8. Website Use

  • Content on our website is for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional care.
